| There's very little known about Rocketbilly Redcadillac's past, which is most likely due to his tendency to live in the now. What we do know is that Billy was likely raised in the south of the United States, he played guitar, and that he's dead. No, he's not a reanimated body, like Beyond the Grave and his buddy Jyuji - instead, Billy is a genuine, real life ghost. He possesses an electric guitar - a very special one that not only plays music, but blasts out electricity. What is known is Billy's time spent with Jyuji and Beyond The Grave in fighting the spread of the drug seed, and its prominent backers, the Corisione family. Jyuji found Rocketbilly one day, and the two became pretty much inseparable. Rocketbilly joined Jyuji in his push to wipe out seed, and to get revenge on the man who had turned Jyuji into a reanimated body - Garino Corisione. Along the line, the two met up with the legendary deadman, Beyond the Grave, as well as Mika Asagi and Spike Hubie, all of whom were fighting the drug Seed. Things kept on, and together, they wiped out the Corisione family, as well as Seed factories, coming to what was the end of one adventure. Afterwards, Jyuji and Rocketbilly left Mika and Grave, going their own ways together once more, wandering. |

| Demyx - Rocketbilly's closest friend right now. A man who claims to have no heart, Rocketbilly and Demyx bonded initially over music, and became closer and closer as friends keeping each other's spirits up. When Demyx became infected with the Atropos virus, Rocketbilly showed no fear - he merely told Demyx not to fear death, and that he'd see him when he came back. He plays songs for Demyx every night, and brings him clothes and food. Their favorite food in Discedo is potato chips. Linda - A bubbly young girl who has also bonded with Rocketbilly over their shared love for music. Linda sings, and she wants to make a band with Demyx and Rocketbilly - an unconventional one, with one singer, one guitarist, and one sitar player. Rocketbilly does everything he can to help Linda keep it together in trying times - including now, with her being infected by the virus. |

| Rocketbilly is very cheerful, and is a decidedly optimistic person. His status as a ghost seems to have no effect on his sunny disposition, and neither has fighting his way through a gigantic mafia family, filled to the brim with monsters. However, Billy can be quite serious when times call for it, and is, a bit reluctantly, willing to kill, depending on the situation. Billy also considers himself something of a lady's man, though perhaps more gentlemanly than most. He loves to compliment beautiful women, play them songs, and infect them with the same love of life that he has. Sexuality doesn't seem to be a component to any of this, due to the plain fact that it is now quite impossible for Billy to touch someone, much less be intimate. Instead, he finds warmth and love just in having good company. |

| Rocketbilly is a highly skilled guitarist, and has a very good knack for music overall. His main weapon is his electric guitar, which has a dynamo attached that he uses to spit out lightning. The guitar has three functions - Music, Charge, and Release. Music, is of course, when he just wants to play guitar. Release is for when he wants shoot out bolts of electricity. And charge is for when he wants to store up to make a bigger blast of that electricity. The guitar also has upgrades for it, making it significantly more powerful, though Rocketbilly tends not to use these. |
